Returns & Exchanges

Since we are dealing with food products, we follow a strict no return or exchange policy. 

Unless the shipment is damaged, we allow exchanges in certain cases provided that you contact customer care within 48 hours of your order being delivered at info@sausymama.com along with your Order ID and supporting photos.

  2. If you have received an incorrect product

If you are returning the product, please note: 

  1. The product should be in an undamaged condition if you received the wrong product 
  2. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging. Details such as order number, images of the damaged product, etc. or any other customer concerns need to be emailed to info@sausymama.com
  3. In the case of a defect in the product in terms of its quality, the SausyMama team shall evaluate the products once received. Once inspected and approved, shall replace your order if there is an issue in terms of its quality. If you are approved, then your replacement product will be processed and shipped within 5-7 days.
  4. If you are sending back a damaged product, please wait till your return is received and inspected by us, after which we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement product. If you are approved, then your replacement product will be processed and shipped within 5-7 days.

All orders will be dealt on a case-by-case basis.

What is the process to return a product?

  1. Please await a mail confirmation from our end to initiate the return.
  2. Please seal the package properly and courier it to us at the provided address.
  3. Please ensure the package is properly sealed as safe delivery of your item is your responsibility.
